Often times we think that we are the only one going through something or that has gone through something but in reality there are too many people in the world for someone not to share the same experience that you have had or a similar one.
One thing that has always bothered me is the people that have grown through something or became successful at something and didnt look back to lend kind words, encouragement, or motivation. Seeing how everyone comes from different circumstances and backgrounds, you just never know what someone is going through! So a simple smile or kind words might mean everything to that woman you saw that was holding it all together but on the inside she was broken and trying to heal! You just never know that's why it's so important to uplift other women! Or just people in general.
One way that we could uplift others is to use our talents and gifts. Maybe you're good at something that they are trying to accomplish or they have a similar goal as you. Help them. Don't belittle them because they aren't where you are in life, or haven't accomplished all the things you have. If someone is willing to learn new things or is setting out to accomplish something you already have, why not help them? I think we have our talents and our gifts to give back, to empower others, to help them through things we've already been through. I don't get how people can look at you breaking down from the same thing they went though and not help.
If you're not living up to your full potential in life you're not only doing yourself an injustice but everyone around you!
